Unkas vom Polarkreis is an amazing 4 year old black and red Shepherd with an impressive German import pedigree. Unkas is from top German Schutzhund bloodlines and the vom Polarkreis kennel is very famous in Europe. He even comes with his pedigree papers. Unkas is a typical German Shepherd – he’s a bit aloof at first but he bonds strongly. He’ll be your best and closest friend but you have to first earn his trust. He’s alert and extremely intelligent. He’s in a foster home with a K9 officer and large male dogs and he does fine. He’s also fine with their teenage son. He likes to go for rides in the car. Unkas has a big heart and he wants someone to love him again – this time forever! He needs to be placed with an experienced German Shepherd owner. Unkas is a dog who would do best with someone willing to continue training and challenging him. He is from a long line of Schutzhund titled dogs in Europe.
